Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a production support role in Ballinger, TX. The position offers a base pay of $15.00 per hour on the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and requires a high school diploma or GED.

Candidates must be able to obtain forklift and overhead crane certifications. Responsibilities include providing manufacturing support, processing orders safely and accurately, assisting coworkers and customers, inspecting materials and equipment, and helping with inventory and ERP

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage
• Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

Base pay rate is $15.00 per hour

1st Shift Hours: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
