Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading forklift and material handling company seeking an Equipment Operator. You will set up and operate equipment, adjust tooling, and move parts using a hoist or forklift to ensure parts meet print specifications.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, read blueprints, and perform basic math with problem-solving ability. Experience with gauges like micrometers is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand basic math.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Experience reading inspection gauges including micrometers is beneficial.

Pay tops out at $32.00/hour (plus shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Responsibilities

• Set-up, adjust, and operate equipment to produce parts to print specifications.
• Change tooling as needed.
• Use a hoist or lift truck to move parts as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read blue prints, understand basic math, and have the ability to problem solve.
• Experience with reading inspection gages including micrometers is beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications

• Read blueprints, basic math, reason, remember and analyze.

Additional Information

• Paid training provided
• 2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:45pm - 10:55pm Monday through Friday
• 3rd shift: Hours for this position are 10:45pm - 6:55am Sunday through Thursday
