Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a manufacturing operator for 1st shift in Farmington, CT. You will operate a variety of machines, monitor performance, and ensure parts meet quality specifications to support production efficiency.

The role offers $24.00-$28.00 hourly with 15 days PTO in year 1, strong benefits including a 401K plan, and opportunities to cross-train across different areas within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have manual dexterity to operate machinery for precision work.
• Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Experience following safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machines and ensure they run properly.
• Monitor heat set equipment, laser engravers, presses and related tooling.
• Inspect parts off machinery to verify quality standards.
• Stop machines when parts do not meet requirements.
• Apply quality control principles and document deviations as needed.
• Maintain production and quality records.
• Assist with setup gauges and packing duties as required.

Pay Rate:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating a variety of machines, and ensuring they are running properly.
• Operating/monitoring machines including heat set equipment, laser engraver, dot matrix engraver, laser welder, press, assembly equipment, primary & secondary presses, fourslide forming equipment, riveters, fixtures,
• Working to quality specifications may inspect parts off machinery to insure parts are running to quality standards.
• Responsible for stopping the machine when parts do not meet requirements.
• Use and understand principles of quality control responsibilities.
• Alert to deviation changes-may be required to use Q.C. tools.
• Maintains production records and quality records.
• May be required to set-up gauges.
• May be responsible for packing duties, receiving packing instructions and insuring packaged materials are properly labeled.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions.
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery for precision work.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds of objects from a low to higher position.

Schedule:

1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
