Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Machine Operator in Linwood, PA to operate and maintain high-speed CNC machines in a production setting. You will adjust settings, perform setups, troubleshoot, and help ensure parts meet quality standards.

The role requires experience in a fabrication machine shop, ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and calipers, with attention to detail and reliable attendance. Competitive hourly pay with generous shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Fabrication machine shop experience required.
• Experience machining metal into finished parts is helpful.
• Ability to read blueprints/models.
• Able to read tape measures and use calipers.
• Experience inspecting machined parts is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-speed CNC machines.
• Control and adjust machine settings and perform set-ups as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative and routine maintenance on machines.
• Create complex parts in accordance to the production schedule.
• Complete required paperwork for all jobs.
• Coordination with programmers and engineers to optimize parts set up, operation, and quality.
• Reliable and regular attendance.

Salary: $24 - $27 per hour + Generous Shift Differential(2nd and 3rd Shifts)
