Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Knowledge of machining practices and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• High School Diploma, GED, or technical school training preferred.
• Ability to follow safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Produce precision components that meet quality and production standards.
• Perform machine setups and changeovers for various part runs.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Load raw materials and unload completed parts throughout production cycles.
• Complete routine preventive maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.
• Support production goals while maintaining a safe work environment.

Location: Spring City, PA
Pay: $21 - $28/hr (Depending on Experience)
