Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in Linwood, PA to operate high-speed CNC machinery and produce precise metal parts according to the production schedule. The role requires reading blueprints, calipers, and tape measures, with prior fabrication shop experience preferred.

You will set up machines, perform routine maintenance, document production, and collaborate with engineers to optimize setups and quality. Excellent attendance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints/models.
• Ability to read tape measures and use calipers.
• Experience machining metal into finished parts (Helpful).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-speed CNC machines within a production environment.
• Control and adjust machine settings and perform set-ups as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative and routine maintenance on machines.
• Create complex parts in accordance to the production schedule.
• Complete required paperwork for all jobs.
• Coordinate with programmers and engineers to optimize parts setup, operation, and quality.
• Demonstrate reliable and regular attendance.

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Linwood, PA
Salary: $24 - $27 per hour + Generous Shift Differential(3rd Shift)
What You Will Be Doing:

• Operate and maintain high-speed CNC machines within a production environment
• Control and adjust machine settings and perform set‑ups as needed
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative and routine maintenance on machines
• Create complex parts in accordance to the production schedule
• Complete required paperwork for all jobs
• Coordination with programmers and engineers to optimizes parts set up, operation, and quality
• Reliable and regular attendance

What You Need for this Position:

• Previous experience in a fabrication machine shop
• Experience machining metal into finished parts (Helpful)
• Ability to read blueprints/models
• Able to read tape measures & use calipers
• Experience inspecting machined parts (Helpful)
