Fytertech Nonwovens LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Operator for a 12-hour, 2-2-3 schedule with shifts from 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am. The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000–$5,000 and pay up to $35.50 per hour.

You will operate and monitor production machines, perform setups, and ensure product quality in a safety-focused environment. This position supports a stable manufacturing team with strong leadership, generous PTO, and benefits including training, shift premiums, and attendance

Qualifications

• Machine operation or mechanical experience preferred.
• Positive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Good communicator, adaptable, safety-focused.

Responsibilities
