Job summary

LITTLE TREES in De Witt, IA is seeking a Machine Operator to run and monitor production lines in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You will operate, fill, pack and inspect products, while following procedures to maintain quality and safety.

This full-time role offers an evening shift from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. with a raise to 22.75 after 6 months and a 3 per hour shift differential, plus benefits such as paid time off, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, and wellness perks.

• Must be able to stand for 10+ hour shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation to De Witt, IA.
• Must be able to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Required to accurately operate machinery.
• Required to keep up with production requirements, while meeting quality expectations.
• Required to follow standard operating procedures (instructions & rules).
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Hours: 4:30 p.m. to 3:0 a.m., Monday - Thursday.
Salary: $21.25 per hour, increasing to $22.75 within 6 months, which includes a $3 per hour shift differential

Summary: The Machine Operator is responsible for performing various tasks which include operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production, while ensuring the products meet our production quality standards. This position plays a vital role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.
