Machine Operator, 1st Shift (Finance)

Location: 1430 N. Main Street, Delphos, OH 45833

We are looking for a 1st Shift, Mixing Machine Operator to join our Delphos, OH team! You will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am-4:00pm, overtime as needed
Mixing Machine Operator Pay Rate-
$20/hour

Mixing Machine Operator Core Contributions:

Safety & Team Coordination:

  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
  • Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

Machine Operations:
  • Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
  • Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
  • Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

Training & Cross-Training:
  • Participate in regular training sessions
  • Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

Mixing Machine Operator Essential Experiences:

  • High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs. depending on the area you're assigned
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
