Job Description

Job Purpose: To operate hand-operated metal stamping presses and perform other duties in the Assembly department as required.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Operate presses for assembly operations.
2. Review job travelers and part drawings to ensure accurate production of parts.
3. Conduct quality checks during production to ensure parts meet all specifications and required dimensions.
4. Complete all related paperwork and production reports to record part quantities and scrap.
5. Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, to move raw materials and finished parts as needed.
6. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area following 6S guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
• Reliable transportation required.
