Danfoss is hiring a Machine Operator 3 for the 1st Shift (6:45 am to 3:00 pm) at the Dodge Center, MN location. The position offers a wage of $20.00 per hour. The Machine Operator will perform manual labor safely and efficiently during the production of Danfoss products, operate and troubleshoot machinery, perform minor repairs, and support strategic goals of the facility and Danfoss Power Solutions.
The role includes loading and unloading furnaces and conducting quality checks on finished pieces. New hires may undergo several weeks of training on the 1st Shift before being permanently assigned to this shift.
