Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are seeking a 3rd-Shift Machine Operator, reporting to our Production Supervisors, to be a key part in manufacturing our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Shift Details: Sunday through Thursday, 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM, with occasional overtime. Starting pay is $18.50/hour and up, based on experience, with a shift differential of $0.75/hour.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety and act to stop work if unsafe conditions are observed.
• Set up machines at the start of each shift.
• Operate machines and handle materials following standard procedures.
• Take manual measurements to ensure quality.
• Participate in regular training and cross-training activities.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
