Shift: 1st Shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional overtime on Saturdays

Hours: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional overtime on Saturdays

Hours: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM

Shift Differential: $0.75/hour

Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are looking for new Machine Operators to join our team. Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Shift & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional overtime on Saturdays

Hours: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay Range: starting at $18.50/hour and up, based on experience

Additional Roles

• Material Handler: operating a forklift, organizing and moving materials
• Reroller Operator: operating a machine that winds and cuts rolls of flooring
• Demolder: operating overhead cranes to remove flooring from molds
• Roto Grinder: grinding tires into crumbs
• Peeler Operator: peeling layers of flooring
• Die Cutter: cutting shapes out of flooring

• Follow standard procedures for materials and machines
• Take manual measurements for quality assurance
• Participate in training and cross-training
