Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are looking for new Machine Operators to join our team. Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will play a key role in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional overtime on Saturdays
Hours: 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Range: Starting at $18.50/hour and up, based on experience
Shift Differential: $0.75/hour

• Material Handler: Operating a forklift to organize and move materials
• Reroller Operator: Operating machinery that winds and cuts flooring rolls
• Demolder: Using overhead cranes to remove flooring from molds
• Roto Grinder: Grinding tires into small crumbs
• Peeler Operator: Peeling layers from molded flooring
• Die Cutter: Cutting shapes out of flooring

Core Contributions:

• Prioritize safety for yourself and teammates. You are empowered to stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
• Participate in a team huddle and stretching at the start of each shift.
• Set up your machine at the beginning of your shift.
• Follow standard procedures while working with materials and machines.
• Take manual measurements to ensure quality.
• Engage in regular training and cross-training activities.

Essential Experiences:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs., depending on the area
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
