Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are seeking new Machine Operators to join our team. Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will play a key role in producing our high-performance, upcycled rubber products.

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday through Friday) with occasional overtime on Saturdays
Hours: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Range: Starting at $18.50/hour, commensurate with experience

• Material Handler: Operating forklifts to organize and move materials
• Reroller Operator: Operating machinery that winds and cuts flooring rolls
• Demolder: Operating overhead cranes to remove flooring from molds
• Roto Grinder: Grinding tires into crumbs
• Peeler Operator: Peeling layers from molded flooring
• Die Cutter: Cutting shapes from flooring

Core Contributions:

• Prioritize safety for yourself and your teammates; you are empowered to stop work if unsafe conditions arise.
• Participate in a team huddle and stretching at the start of each shift.
• Set up your machine at the beginning of your shift.
• Work with materials and machines following standard procedures.
• Take manual measurements to ensure quality.
• Engage in regular training and assist in cross-training colleagues.

Essential Experiences:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs., depending on the area.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
