Job summary

Clorox is actively seeking a machine operator at our Atlanta-Main facility. You will operate automated packaging equipment, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to keep lines running with minimal downtime.

The role requires meticulous adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and quality standards while collaborating with teams across maintenance and engineering to support continuous improvement. The position offers a 12-hour shift schedule (2-2-3), competitive starting pay with a $24.63

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical or mechanical coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and ensure proper setup and maintenance.
• Perform changeovers on equipment following procedures.
• Repair malfunctions using mechanical knowledge and skills.
• Identify and solve quality problems with cross-team collaboration.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and parts; order replacements as needed.
• Assist with improvement projects and equipment installations with engineering.
• Follow safety procedures and document all maintenance work.
