The role requires attention to detail and reliable attendance, with 12‑hour shift rotations including weekends. Qualified candidates have 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, can perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 40 lbs, and may be eligible for a temp‑to‑hire pathway based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven and consistent work background.
• Consistent and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotation shifts and be available for additional days.
• Prior full line manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment to support full line production.
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools.
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals.
