ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator Feeder for its client in Joplin, MO. The role involves assisting with machine setup, calibration, operation, and supporting full line production.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, dependable attendance, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotation schedule (7a-7p / 7p-7a), with weekend work twice a month. This position offers a temp-to-hire pathway and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven and consistent work background.
• Consistent and dependable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotation shift and be available for additional days.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior full line manufacturing experience preferred.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production quality to ensure specifications and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools.
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals.
