Vanwerted is hiring a Machine Operator in Van Wert, OH. The role offers a pay range of $17.00 to $18.50 per hour with a $2,500 sign‑on bonus at hire and training on the first shift.

Shifts include 1st shift (6:45 AM – 2:45 PM or 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and 3rd shift (10:45 PM – 6:45 AM or 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM). Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read blueprints and control plans.
• Able to read and interpret work instructions and specs.
• Experience with gauges or measuring tools is preferred.
• Must stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM or Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

3rd Shift: Sunday Night‑Thursday Night, 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM or Monday Night‑Thursday Night, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Training will be on 1st Shift.
