Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude (electrical, pneumatic, or thermal systems is a plus).
• Ability to read work instructions and perform basic measurements.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Position Title: Machine Operator

Location:Pataskala, OH

Schedule:Monday-Thursday 4:15PM-2:45AM; OT Friday 2:15PM-10:45PM

1. (2) Paid 15-minute breaks + (1) 30-minute unpaid lunch

Pay:Up to $19.50/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operatorto support our production operations. This role involves working hands-on with fabricated components and production equipment to meet safety, quality, and output goals.

This position is ideal for someone with prior manufacturing experience who is comfortable troubleshooting minor issues, working independently, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Ability to learn and follow work instructions
• Perform and adhere to Lock Out Tag Out safety standards
• Meet / Exceed production standards
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Self-Motivated
• Follows Company safety and department policies and procedures
• Maintains neat and clean work environment following 5S methodology
• Makes recommendations to continually improve processes
• Performs other duties as assigned
