Job Brief

We are seeking Machine Operators to assist in setup, maintenance, and operation of machinery, forming metal parts and structures according to shop drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and practices
• Coordinate with team members
• Read and interpret blueprints & shop drawings
• Setup and adjust machinery parameters
• Use overhead cranes to move materials

Requirements

• Ability to maintain work area and machinery
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Inspect processed materials
• Maintain production records
• Perform routine maintenance
• Suggest improvements for production and quality
• Work ethic, attention to detail, safety adherence
• Ability to work overtime, in diverse weather, lift up to 50 pounds, kneel, bend, crouch, stand for extended periods
