Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience operating production machinery and learning essential equipment operation in a safe environment.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Responsibilities include setting up machines, loading materials, inspecting quality, and maintaining a clean, compliant workspace while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Set up machines according to work instructions and production requirements.
  • Load and unload materials and finished products.
  • Monitor machines during operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect parts and products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and specifications.
  • Follow production schedules and meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Identify equipment issues and report problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance as assigned.

About the Position
