ManpowerGroup (USA) is hiring a Machine Operator in Smyrna, TN on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Compensation is $20.00-$21.00 per hour for a full-time, all-shifts role. The position involves operating production equipment, meeting daily targets, and training on the job.

You will work in an industrial manufacturing setting, perform inspections, and ensure safety and quality standards while supporting a steady-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience required.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work in a steady-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Package finished goods and prepare them for shipment
• Accurately complete production paperwork, monitoring logs, and reports
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production and performance goals
