Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks an experienced Machine Operator for the Dexter, MI facility, specializing in custom assemblies, precision machined components and injection molding.

Shifts: 1st 6:00am–4:30pm and 2nd 4:30pm–2:30am, Monday–Friday. Pay range is $19.00–$20.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathe machines.
• Ability to read manual micrometers (OD/ID mics, calipers).
• Produce quality parts and maintain production levels.
• Capable of learning diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Basic cleaning, oiling and maintenance of CNC machines.
• Stock machines with production materials as required.
• Change tools, drills and inserts; read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts to specifications.
• Maintain consistent production levels and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic repairs.
• Clean, oil and maintain CNC machines and inspection boxes.
• Stock production materials and change tools as needed.
• Read blueprints and ensure parts meet tolerances.

We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in the facility located in Dexter, MI specializing in custom assemblies, precision machined components and injection molding.

Pay Range:$19.00 - $20.00

1st & 2nd Shift Positions Open:

• 1st: 6:00am - 4:30pm/ Monday to Friday.
• 2nd: 4:30pm - 2:30am / Monday to Friday.

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Experience Operating CNC Lathe Machines
• Ability to read manual micrometers (o.d. mics, i.d. mics, calipers)
• Produce quality parts and maintain production levels.
• Capable of learning how to diagnosis mechanical difficulties and perform trouble-shooting
• Basic cleaning, oiling and general maintenance of CNC machines and inspection boxes.
• Continuously stock machines with production materials as required.
• Change tools, drills and inserts in machine as needed.
• Knowledge or ability to learn how to read blueprints
• Able to lift 50lbs+
• Complete other duties as assigned.
