Accelera in Delafield, WI seeks a detailed Machine Operator for 1st or 2nd shift. You will load and run manufacturing equipment, perform assembly tasks, and finish parts to spec.

You will maintain quality logs, follow 6S and ISO 9001/13485 guidelines, and collaborate with teammates to hit daily production targets in a clean, safe workspace. Strong attention to precision, reading work orders, interpreting instructions, and using calipers/rulers are essential.

Machine Operator (1st shift: #6939) (2nd shift: #1430)

Located in Delafield, WI 53018, this position offers a pay rate between $19 and $21 per hour, determined by your professional background.

Available Schedule Options

• 1st shift (6939): 5:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Thursday, providing a three-day weekend.
• 2nd shift (1430): 2:45pm to 12:45am, Monday through Thursday, providing a three-day weekend.

• Manage the operation and loading of manufacturing equipment.
• Execute assembly tasks and secondary processes including trimming, crimping, cutting, and finishing.
• Verify product quality by utilizing precision measuring instruments to meet established benchmarks.
• Prepare, label, and package materials in strict accordance with provided work orders.
• Ensure all production logs and quality inspection records are accurately maintained.
• Contribute to a more efficient workspace by keeping your area tidy and adhering to 6S protocols.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team while supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards.
• Work alongside colleagues to refine processes and implement updated operational instructions.
• Assist with various tasks as needed to help the team reach daily production targets.
