Machine Operator

Job Purpose: Performs a variety of entry-level tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities

1. Work in various production areas within the PCB facility as needed.
2. Training provided for entry-level candidates.
3. Expedite parts or materials to other areas as needed.
4. Assist other operators with routine manufacturing tasks.
5. Perform tasks in facilities such as cleaning, painting, etc.
6. Lift up to 15 to 50 lbs as required.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
4. Availability to work overtime as necessary.
5. Ability to work with small parts requiring fine manual dexterity.

This is an ITAR facility; applicants must be US citizens or lawful permanent residents.

Salary Range (annual): $39,520 - $45,760.

The actual base pay will be determined based on experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is part of our total rewards package, which includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plans, paid holidays and time off, and may include stock awards and bonuses.
