We are at the forefront of developing full-scale (1x2m) high-efficiency, cost-effective solar solutions and are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team.

Job Summary
The Machine Operator Level II will work with advanced equipment used in creating semiconductor devices for solar panels. Responsibilities include setting up and operating deposition and laser scribing systems, monitoring processes, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring product quality. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Machine Operation:
    • Operate and monitor machinery for proper functioning and efficient production.
    • Set up machines according to specifications and adjust as needed.
    • Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and feeding.
  2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
    • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
    • Report significant problems to supervisors.
  3. Quality Control:
    • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
    • Measure and document product dimensions and characteristics.
    • Adjust machinery to correct deviations.
  4. Safety and Compliance:
    • Follow safety protocols and use PPE as required.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  5. Production and Reporting:
    • Monitor output and ensure targets are met.
    • Document production data and machine performance.
    • Coordinate with team members and supervisors.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in training and workshops.
    • Provide feedback and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, materials science, or related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience operating machinery in manufacturing or production.
