Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a production, assembly, or machine operator role.
• Strong sense of responsibility and situational awareness in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and workplace safety standards.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining consistent productivity.
• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pizza production or assembly line experience is a plus.

Machine Operator

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shifts:

• 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

• 6:00 pm- 6:00 am

Pay Rate: $16.50–$19.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary

The Machine Operator works primarily at the start of the pizza assembly line. This role is responsible for handling and maintaining a steady flow of toppings—such as pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and other ingredients to support smooth and continuous production. The operator must monitor product levels, communicate supply needs promptly, and maintain consistent speed, accuracy, and food quality throughout the shift.
