Kelly Services is partnering with a leading pizza and flatbread manufacturer to hire dependable Machine Operators in Chicago Heights, IL 60411. This full-time, temp-to-hire role supports the start of the pizza assembly line, ensuring a steady flow of toppings and consistent quality throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, replenishing ingredients, monitoring supplies, and maintaining speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a production, assembly, or machine operator role.
• Strong sense of responsibility and situational awareness in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of GMP and workplace safety standards.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining consistent productivity.
• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pizza production or assembly line experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently at the beginning of the production line.
• Handle and replenish toppings or ingredients as needed to maintain production flow.
• Monitor supply levels and communicate any shortages to leads or supervisors.
• Maintain a steady pace, accuracy, and quality throughout the shift.
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and established safety procedures.
• Support team goals while demonstrating ownership and accountability for production output.
