• Mechanical and electrical skills required.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and problem solve.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 18 years of age and pass a drug screen & background check.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, installs, troubleshoots, inspects, and modifies robotic production and packaging equipment (mechanical & electrical).
• Performs equipment changeovers for various product sizes on production and packaging machinery.
• Assesses needs regarding maintenance, spare parts, modernization, and improvement of process.
