Job summary

Entertimeonline seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Minnesota to oversee the maintenance of production machines and forklifts. You will supervise the Machine Technician and Building & Grounds staff and ensure safe, efficient operations on the shop floor.

The role requires at least 3 years in mechanical/automotive work, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to travel for training. Base pay is $22.00–$32.25 per hour, non-exempt, full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years mechanical and/or automotive experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Machine Technician and Building & Grounds staff.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and repair of production machines and forklifts.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Repair CNC machinery; troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Distribute work orders and conduct evaluations.
• Provide training and ensure attendance of direct reports.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Support positive morale and welfare of TEAM employees.

Description

Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct supervision of Machine Technician and Building and Grounds positions. This includes work direction, discipline, and evaluation of direct subordinates according to company policy and applicable laws.

Purpose: Responsible for, and to oversee the preventative maintenance and repairing breakdowns of production machines and forklifts. Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the department.

• Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.


• Repair breakdowns to production machines


• Perform light and major preventative maintenance


• Work on all types of CNC machinery


• Trouble shoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic components


• Electrical/Electronic troubleshooting and repair


• Oversees work direction of direct reports and distributes work orders as needed


• Conducts performance evaluations and discipline as needed for direct reports


• Ensures proper training is available and attended by direct reports


• Must be able to perform the above duties without direct supervision


• Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees.


• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred


• Minimum of 3 years mechanical and/or automotive experience


• Supervisory experience preferred

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to follow written/verbal instructions or procedures


• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills


• Must qualify for driving company vehicles as per company policy


• Must be able to travel and/or attend Machine Technician training classes as needed
