DeLallo is seeking skilled and experienced candidates for our FIRST SHIFT Maintenance Technician position at our Olive Production facility in New Stanton, PA.

The primary role of this position is to reduce equipment downtime through preventative and corrective maintenance in a timely manner.

The work takes place in a facility that produces food products containing nuts and cheeses.

Required Skills:

• Must have industrial equipment repair experience.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Able to read schematics and troubleshoot various systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of control wiring and PLCs.

Deliverables:

• Experience working on industrial systems such as compressors, dryers, vacuum generators, liquid systems, pumps, piping, flow control, motors, VFDs, drives, temperature controls, chillers, and conveyors.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow operation manuals, diagrams, sketches, and engineering specs.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions.
• Adjust mechanical, electrical, and control systems for optimization.
• Inform production team of scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor equipment for proper operation.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven experience in electrical/control wiring, mechanical, pneumatics, liquid systems, hydraulics, welding/fabrication, and cutting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing certifications and training.
