Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced AI/ML engineer to architect and build scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI. You will work on NLP and GenAI models, training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs with RAG pipelines, and integrate with CRM and knowledge bases.

The role requires 5–7 years in software development (4+ in NLP/NLU for chat) and a strong understanding of GCP services and cloud-native architectures.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have GCP Certification- Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer

• Integration with CRM, knowledge bases, and live agent systems
