Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced developer to design, build, and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will leverage Vertex AI, CCAI, and Dialogflow to create intelligent, scalable chatbots that enhance digital customer engagement.

You will architect scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks, optimize conversations, and integrate with cloud services such as Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, and BigQuery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development (4+ in NLP/NLU for chat).
• Advanced Python skills; experience with ML/NLP libraries (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven success building conversational agents with Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Proficiency in GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Agent Assist functionality is a plus.
• Master’s/PhD preferred; GCP certifications; GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini); CRM integration; security/compliance in chat AI.

Responsabilités

• Architect, design, and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Vertex AI.
• Build, customize, and optimize chatbots with Dialogflow CX/ES including intents, contexts, slot filling, and rich fulfillment.
• Leverage NLP/LLM/GenAI on Vertex AI to enhance chatbot capabilities.
• Develop cloud-native chat solutions using GCP services (CCAI, Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions/Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery).
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs and RAG pipelines for chat agents.
• Apply MLOps practices for chatbot pipelines including training, deployment, testing, monitoring, and versioning (Vertex AI Pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Develop REST APIs, gRPC for system integration.

We seek an experienced developer to design, build, and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud. You will leverage Vertex AI , CCAI, and Dialog Flow to create intelligent, scalable chatbots that enhance digital customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience architecting, designing, and developing scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks usingGoogle Vertex AI , with proficiency inVertex AI Agent EngineandGoogle Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Expertise in building, customizing, and optimizingchatbotsandconversational flowswithDialogflowCX/ES, including implementation of advanced intent detection, context management, slot filling, and rich fulfillment.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage state-of-the-artNLP,LLM, andGenAImodelsonVertex AI to enhance chatbot capabilities, such as complex intent handling, summarization, entity extraction, and response generation.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining cloud-native chat Virtual Agent solutions using GCP services includingCCAI,Vertex AI ,Pub/Sub,Cloud Functions,Cloud Run,Cloud Storage, andBigQueryfor real-time data processing, analytics, and reporting.
• Proficiency intraining,fine-tuning, anddeployingcustomLLMs,transformer models, andRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)pipelines to advancechat Virtual Agent intelligence.
• Solid understanding and practical application ofMLOpsbest practices for chatbot pipelines, including automation of training, deployment, testing, monitoring, and versioning withVertex AI Pipelines,Docker,Kubernetes, andCI/CDworkflows.
• Strong experience developingREST APIs,gRPC, andJSON-based communication for seamless system integration.

• Integration with CRM, knowledge bases, and live agent systems.
• Knowledge of security and compliance in chat AI .
