Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced AI/ML software engineer to architect and build scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks on Google Vertex AI.

You will work with Vertex AI Agent Engine, Model Garden and ADK to deliver production-grade GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in software development with NLP/NLU for chat, plus hands-on training, fine-tuning and deployment of LLMs and RAG pipelines.

Job description

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years in software development (4+ in NLP/NLU for chat).
• Good to have an understanding on other GCP services and cloud-native architectures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Must have GCP Certification- Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini)
• Integration with CRM, knowledge bases, and live agent systems
