Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced software/ML engineer to architect and build scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks on Google Vertex AI. You will develop NLP/GenAI models on Vertex AI, training and deploying LLMs and RAG pipelines while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

A strong background in GCP, 5–7 years in software development and 4+ years in NLP/NLU for chat is required, with leadership and end-to-end project ownership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in software development (4+ in NLP/NLU for chat).
• Good to have understanding of other GCP services and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Google Vertex AI.
• Develop NLP and GenAI models on Vertex AI.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs and RAG pipelines for AI models.

Job description

• Experience architecting, designing, and developing scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks usingGoogle Vertex AI, with proficiency inVertex AI Agent Engine, Model GardenandGoogle Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Hands-on experience in developingNLPandGenAI ModelsonVertex AI
• Proficiency intraining,fine-tuning, anddeployingcustomLLMs,transformer models, andRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)pipelines to AI Models.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years in software development (4+ in NLP/NLU for chat).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Must have GCP Certification- Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer
• Experience with GenAI frameworks (PaLM, Gemini)
• Integration with CRM, knowledge bases, and live agent systems
