Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking an experienced Architect to design and develop scalable chat Virtual Agent frameworks using Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES. The role emphasizes building, training, and deploying NLP-driven agents with cloud-native architectures on GCP.

You will lead efforts to implement GenAI, RAG pipelines, and integration with CRM and knowledge bases, ensuring secure, compliant solutions. 6+ years in software development and strong Python ML skills are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development (4+ years in NLP/NLU for chat).
• Advanced Python skills with ML/NLP libraries (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven success building conversational agents with Vertex AI and Dialogflow CX/ES.
• Proficiency in GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Agent Assist functionality is a plus.

• Develop and maintain cloud-native chat Virtual Agent solutions usingGCP services(CCAI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, BigQuery).
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy custom LLMs, transformer models, andRAG pipelines.
• Develop REST APIs, gRPC, and JSON-based integrations for seamless system communication.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development (4+ years in NLP/NLU for chat).
• AdvancedPythonskills with ML/NLP libraries (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
