Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, machine automation, digitalization, or related customer-facing roles.
• Deep understanding of Machine Builder and OEM customer segments.
• Experience defining or deploying machine automation solutions that integrate PLCs, motion control, drives, HMI, and cybersecurity.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the Americas.

Responsibilities

• Scout technologies across industry and market segments to identify developments and opportunities.
• Evaluate customer, market, and competitive trends to identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
• Capture and prioritize Zone-specific requirements for Global Machine Builder Solution Management and portfolio owners.
• Translate global portfolio strategies into Zone execution and regional market intelligence inputs.
• Collaborate with Global Solution Management on Standard Application Development and reusable toolboxes.
• Enable Sales and technical teams with industry knowledge and pre-sales standards to strengthen portfolio adoption.
