Job summary

Job description

Role Overview

Unpack Your Potential Assist press, converting, and extrusion operators with setup, adjustment, operation, cleaning, and loading/unloading of equipment. Support production of quality printed film, polyethylene film, and finished bags to meet customer packaging requirements. Duties may include working with multiple operators and sharing responsibilities as needed.

Schedule

Straight nights, continuous operating schedule 4 days on, 4 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off rotating through the month. Night shift 7pm to 7am / Day shift 7am to 7pm.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work with and interact effectively and professionally with coworkers in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Must be able to identify the source of problems on complex machinery and, if noted, take the appropriate corrective action
• Must be able to read, understand, and stay current with all department work instructions and procedures
• Good organizational skills
