Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a production operator to inspect, package, and run plastic production lines in a fast‑paced facility. You will read and complete paperwork, monitor quality, and maintain machine efficiency while keeping the work area clean and adhering to all procedures.

The role emphasizes safety, GMP, HACCP practices, and collaboration with leadership to perform duties efficiently and safely. Benefits are provided, including health plans and PTO.

• Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.

• Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
• Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
• Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work‑area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
• Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
