In this hands‑on position you will assist operators, prepare materials, monitor equipment, and help ensure products meet safety and quality standards. You will be part of a collaborative, team‑driven environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Schedule

12‑hour 2‑2‑3 Night shifts: 6:00p.m. – 6:00a.m. or 7:00p.m. – 7:00a.m.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $18.41 – $18.86 per hour based on experience.
• Night shift differential: $1.00 per hour premium.
• Overtime: 1.5× pay for hours over 40 per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with set‑up, operation, and monitoring of press, extrusion, or converting equipment.
• Prepare, load, and stage raw materials, rolls, inks, cartons, and supplies needed for continuous production.
• Transport materials using hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material‑handling equipment.
• Remove finished rolls, pallets, or waste and stage for the next step in the process.
• Inspect materials and running product for defects and report quality issues.
• Perform roll changes, ink changes, and material changeovers as directed.
• Record production data, weights, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP, AIB, and food safety standards.
• Assist with housekeeping, waste handling, and recycling activities.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety, PPE, lockout/tagout, and company policies.
• Assist other team members and departments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry materials up to 50–60 lbs. Stand and walk for extended periods during a 12‑hour shift. Push, pull, bend, crouch, reach, and climb stairs or ladders. Work around moving machinery and elevated platforms. Steel‑toed shoes and required PPE must be worn.
