Schedule

12‑hour shift; 2‑2‑3 rotation; nights 7pm ‑ 7am.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $19‑$21 per hour plus $1.50 per hour night shift premium.

What You’ll Do

• Assist on production lines that produce quality products.
• Ensure jobs run in accordance with customer, manufacturing, and printing specifications.
• Verify product quality compliance, ensuring they are free of defects.
• Work with operators to maximize machine efficiency, minimizing job changeovers and downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area during shifts and transitions.

What We Want From You

• Ability to read, understand, and follow customer specifications.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic computer skills to complete tasks in operator software.
• Visual acuity for visual inspection, measurement device use, and color identification.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 50lbs.
• Standing for long periods (steel‑toed shoes required).
• Climbing, crouching, and reaching.
