Responsibilities

• Set up and assist the operator on laminators to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot lamination, web handling, and equipment issues.
• Inspect adhesion quality and ensure customer specifications are met.
• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Assist with training team members.
• Communicate with supervisors, maintenance and co-workers.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvements.
