Job summary

Macadoodles Dardenne Prairie seeks a Wine Manager to lead our wine program and curate an exceptional retail wine experience.

You will curate, source, and manage our wine selection, negotiate with vendors, and drive sales through engaging merchandising, staff training, and customer consultations.

Qualifications include 12+ months as a retail wine buyer, strong knowledge of global wine regions, and WSET/Sommelier certifications; comfortable on camera for social media.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ months of experience as a retail wine buyer.
• Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, margins, and sales targets.
• Proficient with analyzing sales and inventory data in spreadsheets.
• Relevant certifications (WSET, Sommelier, or equivalent) are a strong plus.
• Must be comfortable on camera for social media usage.
