Responsibilities

• Ring up orders quickly and accurately as a Sales Clerk.
• Communicate and be aware of applicable promotions, offers, loyalty programs, and other initiatives to customers.
• Help customers with questions or requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every circumstance.
• Convey energy, warmth, and a passion for good eating.
• Step in and support your manager and team.
• Help customers with wine selection, providing guidance and product knowledge.
• Receive ongoing product training.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
• May be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds on occasion.
