Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder in Santa Ana, CA to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations.

You will coach the sales team, model exemplary service, and ensure accurate cash handling and close/open routines in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment. Ideal candidates will have retail experience in cosmetics, a track record of delivering personalized service, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliations is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
• Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle opening and closing duties on a rota basis and perform cash reconciliation.
• Create a welcoming environment during peak hours and special events to hit sales targets.
