The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Plano, TX to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, service and operational targets.

The ideal candidate should have proven cosmetics retail experience with strong supervisory skills and a track record of mentoring others to exceed performance metrics. This role requires flexibility to work retail hours, plus proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Experience with inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
