Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading and coaching a team of Sales Associates, delivering outstanding service and achieving sales targets.

In a fast-paced prestige beauty environment, you will oversee daily store operations, inventory, and cash handling, while providing inspirational customer experiences and developing staff through mentoring and training.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales and service targets.
• Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations and staff scheduling.
• Oversee inventory control and cash reconciliation processes.
