Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Lab Technician to support Mac hardware testing in an on-site Sunnyvale lab. You will rack and prepare devices, run updates, and assist engineers with data collection for regression testing.

The role requires attention to detail, strong troubleshooting, and comfort with Terminal/bash. Expect a 100% on-site environment with collaborative team interactions and strict task prioritization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• On-site in Sunnyvale, CA.
• Knowledge of Mac hardware and strong troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort with Terminal and bash is required.

Responsibilities

• Unboxing and racking on multiple DUTs and peripherals in the lab.
• Setup hardware and run software updates for devices under test.
• Assist engineers with data requests and regression testing.
• Maintain lab equipment and lab space, ensure proper organization of test devices.
• Document test processes and communicate status to team.
