The ideal candidate will be comfortable with hardware setup, software updates, inventory management, and detailed documentation, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills to support rapid testing cycles in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Mac hardware knowledge required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Terminal and Bash.

Responsibilities

• Unbox and rack hundreds of Mac test devices daily.
• Cable, configure, and scan hardware for testing.
• Update software/firmware on devices under test.
• Maintain lab equipment and inventory tracking.
• Assist engineers with data requests and experiments.
